What is iSyncMe?
iSyncMe is a CE-certified neurotechnology system developed by iMediSync — a soft-fitting, expandable, wireless dry EEG device with integrated near-infrared Photobiomodulation (PBM Care). It is the world's first EEG measurement and neurotherapy convergence solution: a mental health care platform device capable of remote care, with improved signal quality, lighter weight, and enhanced PBM performance.
The EEG component records electrical activity across 19 channels simultaneously, following the international 10-20 electrode placement standard — the same configuration used in hospital neurology departments and academic research worldwide. Unlike consumer-grade headbands, iSyncMe captures a comprehensive picture of brain function, processed against age-matched normative databases.
iSyncMe provides QEEG-guided personalised light therapy (PBM Care) with built-in LEDs. The optimum targeting PBM protocol for Alzheimer's, strokes, and traumatic brain injuries is currently in the development stage. PBM safety and efficacy have been demonstrated by US Navy and Harvard Medical School studies.
